Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Reporting Defects or Issues

  • Customers must report any defects, fitting issues, or damages within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.

  • If you receive a wrong phone model (different from what you ordered), you are eligible for either:

    • A replacement case, or

    • A full refund including shipping charges.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement or before dispatch.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns may be applicable for certain products if:

    • The customer dislikes the product (not satisfied), or

    • A wrong product was ordered.

  • Exchange is available only for specific products (details provided per product).

  • Conditions for return/exchange:

    • The product must be in saleable condition with original packaging.

    • Any protection layer must be intact and not removed.

  • Not eligible for return/exchange:

    • Clearance sale items

    • Liquid silicone cases

Proof of Defects or Missing Items

  • Customers may be required to provide proof by sharing a 360° unboxing video starting from the sealed package.

  • Please ensure you record a video while opening your package for smooth processing of claims.

Tempered Glass & Lens Protectors

  • No return or replacement is available for tempered glass or lens protectors.

  • If received in damaged condition, a 360° unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory for replacement.

  • Bubbles during application are not covered, as they depend on the application process. For best results, follow a YouTube tutorial on screen protector application.

Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.

  • The original product must be returned in saleable condition with intact packaging/protection layers.

  • Email us your Order ID and new product preference.

  • We will dispatch the replacement only after receiving the original product at our warehouse.

  • Refunds are not provided once an order has been shipped, but you may exchange the item as per the above policy.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, shipping charges up to ₹60 may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Recheck your bank account.

    2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for posting).

    3. Contact your bank (processing delays are possible).
