Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

• We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the item(s) value minus shipping charges.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact your postal/courier service directly.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of placement.

• After payment is authorized and verified, processing takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Order Handling

• Processing: Orders are sent to our dispatch team within 24 hours of placement. Processing takes an additional 1–4 business days.

• Shipping: After processing, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• We ship using trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Xpressbees (based on package size and weight).

• Shipping is available across India only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• For COD orders, we dispatch a maximum of 2 products per order.

• Please note: We do not guarantee 100% successful delivery on COD orders, as logistics partners may sometimes mark them as fake attempts and return the order (RTO – Return to Origin).
